| Here at Tots N Weenies we take a pride in the items that we send out and all are checked for damage before packaging. |

| In the unlikely event of goods being delivered that are faulty you will be offered a replacement or refunded in full including postage costs once we have received the goods back from you. |

| If on receipt of the goods you find that they are not what you wanted we will be happy to accept a return. but you will only be refunded with the cost of the item . All postage costs will be borne by yourself. |

| Any returns must be made within 21 days of purchase |

| If you do return any goods it is recommended that you use a tracking system with Royal Mail, as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit. |
