Most items will be sent by Royal Mail standard parcel service. Royal Mail aim to deliver in the UK within 3-5 days from posting but please allow up to 10 days. Proof of Postage is always obtained.
If the item you order is large or bulky then it will be sent by courier.
With either delivery you will be emailed when your item is dispatched
Please contact us at totsnweenies@fsmail.net should your purchase not arrive and a claim will then be lodged with either Royal Mail or the Courier. Please be aware that Royal Mail does not consider a parcel lost until 15 days from the expected delivery date.
Once the company responsible for non-delivery has carried out a full investigation we will offer you either replacement goods for the full value or a full refund
If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful and the package is returned to us we will notify you and will arrange for re delivery, but we reserve the right to charge extra postage for this service.
